Responsibilties
Support a portfolio of student participants by leading student check-ins, drafting student-facing communications, and supporting student recruitment. Track and analyze student-level performance data to identify meaningful and actionable insights regarding programmatic effectiveness and to identify and act on areas for improvement.
Establish and leverage relationships with student participants, instructors, and other stakeholders to cultivate a sense of community within and across programs. This is a remote position within Illinois, and occasional in-person responsibilities as needed.

Develop, execute, and manage KidAlytics portfolio programs, ensuring successful implementation and outcomes;

Evaluate the effectiveness of programs through surveys, interviews, and other feedback mechanisms and iterate on program design to increase the effectiveness of programming;

Manage day-to-day program operations, including communications with participants; technology set-up and maintenance; student onboarding and support; and external partner engagement;

Work closely with the team to ensure the curriculum is appropriate and ready and ensure recruitment strategies are appropriate and effective;

Coordinate training sessions and create teaching schedules;

Identify and maintain relationships with external partners, such as companies, universities, and school districts;

Oversee special projects.
Position Overview
KidAlytics is looking for a part-time Program Coordinator who will engage in professional communication, stakeholder engagement, and support students. This role will work closely to help design, implement, manage, and evaluate KidAlytics’ programs.
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for the development and execution of a subset of KidAlytics programs. Programs range from in-person, online, and on-demand programming for youth and young adults. The Program Coordinator will handle the program’s day-to-day operations, including assisting in hiring instructors and teaching assistants, setting up technology, student selection, and onboarding to ensure effective curriculum and student recruitment. KidAlytics prides itself on the high-quality nature of its programs; thus, the Program Coordinator must be detail-oriented, organized, and always thinking about how to improve the programs.

High school diploma required. Credentials or Associates a plus;

Minimum 2+ years of work experience working with students from diverse backgrounds (education, technology, community programming a plus, internships, and or volunteering);

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on several projects;

Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite, video conferencing, and working knowledge of LMS platforms;

Ability and drive to learn new technology platforms;

Attention to detail and the willingness to double-check work before submission;

Ability to occasionally travel for programs as per the needs of the programs;

Ability to work weekends when required for program needs;

Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;

Ability to take initiative and make decisions independently;

Willingness to learn new skills, having an open mind, and receptiveness to feedback.
